COVID-19 – supporting our customers who may be suffering financial difficulties as a result of coronavirus

We are aware that Covid-19 is having a serious impact on many of our clients and that some may be experiencing financial difficulties as a result. We, therefore, want to make you aware of the support that may be available. 

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we can explore possible options that would support you, either in relation to your insurance cover or the way you pay for it.

The availability and suitability of these options will depend on the type of insurance policy you have, your Insurer, your individual circumstances and your on-going insurance requirements. Where options are available, we will explain them to you so that you can consider if they are suitable for your continuing needs.

Government support

The Government has introduced a number of measures to provide financial support to individuals, the self-employed and businesses, including cash grants, tax relief, loans and Universal Credit. These options continue to be updated on a regular basis.

If you have been impacted financially as a result of Covid-19, we encourage you to review and consider whether any of the measures introduced by the Government are available and suitable for you.
