Location: Flexibility between home and office based in London

About the Role

Responsibility for the delivery of the Group marketing communications plan, leading multi-channel campaigns which include PR, events, thought leadership, email, advertising (online and offline) and direct mail. Responsibility for the marketing integration stream of all acquisition integration projects.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective marketing communication campaigns for the Group
  • Write copy for marketing campaigns and collateral, including brochures, leaflets, emails, social media posts and website copy
  • Work with and support the management of design, PR, SEO and other external agency relationships
  • Report monthly on the performance of the Group marketing plan using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Business data
  • Maximise social media followers on the Group LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram pages
  • Manage the intranet and internal marketing
  • Communicate and liaise with stakeholders and Group senior leadership to create content
  • Carry out market research and competitor analysis to assist with product development and entering new markets

Requirements / Experience
  • Degree in Business / Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent professional qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in a Marketing Executive role
Systems experience:
  • Adobe suite
  • Microsoft Office

 

Experience in the following software is desirable but not essential:

  • HubSpot
  • Zoom webinars
  • Prezi
