Location: London, with flexibility to work from home.


About the Role

Working in the Marketing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of the business unit marketing communications plan and brand management. You will lead multi-channel campaigns including email, advertising, direct mail (online and offline), events and PR and be the primary point of contact for business unit marketing requests and projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales/relationship teams within the business units on demand to generate leads, managed through Group marketing automation software, HubSpot.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective marketing communication campaigns for the Business Unit
  • Write copy for marketing campaigns and collateral, including brochures, leaflets, emails, social media posts and website copy
  • Work with and support the management of design, PR, SEO and other external agency relationships
  • Report monthly on the performance of the marketing plan using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Business data
  • Maximise social media followers on the Business Units LinkedIn and Twitter pages
  • Manage internal marketing campaigns in support of the marketing plan
  • Communicate and liaise with stakeholders from across the business unit to align objectives and create content
  • Carry out market research and competitor analysis to assist with product development and entering new markets

  • Degree in Business / Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience working within a financially-regulated industry
  • 4+ years of Marketing experience

Systems experience:

  • Adobe suite
  • Microsoft Office

Experience in the following software is desirable but not essential:

  • HubSpot
  • Zoom webinars
  • Prezi
